Ben 10: Ultimate Challenge USA is a children's game show produced by Twenty-Twenty, Man of Action Studios, Cartoon Network Productions and RKO Television Studios and is distributed by Warner Bros. Television Distribution and RKO Television Distribution. This show debuted in syndication on January 2, 2012 and still airs new episodes as of June 2014. It is themed after the Ben 10 series and follows the formats of Ben 10: Ultimate Challenge shows produced and taped aired overseas. The show is produced and taped at RKO Television Studios in Los Angeles, California. The show was originally taped at The Studios of Las Colinas in Texas, but moved to its current soundstage at the television studios in Los Angeles after Mercury Radio Arts purchased the The Studios at Las Colinas building. As of 2014, this version is hosted by Wendy Williams and the show's announcer is Brian Cummings.

Gameplay[]

The show consists of four rounds. Children aged 7 to 11 years, under pressure of time, are able to test their knowledge of Ben 10 series and movies, and demonstrate their physical strength. In each episode the contestants are in Ben's secret base, and they can learn how to use the Omnitrix and stand to fight Vilgax.

The secret base[]

The mega giant "secret base of Ben" set fills the entire 51,400 square feet (4,780 m2) of soundstage 15 at RKO Television Studios in Los Angeles.

It was assembled at the original studio soundstage at The Studios at Las Colinas after being transported in 45 tractor-trailer trucks from the seven construction companies employed to build it over 15 days. After taping its final episode at Las Colinas, the set was disassembled and transported to RKO Television Studios by the Union Pacific Railroad to the servicing docks near the studio gates. It was reassembled in soundstage 15 and filming started again.
