KERR is a RKO Network affiliated station operating from Missoula, Montana on two UHF digital channels serving Western Montana. The station signed on April 5, 1954 as the first RKO Network affiliate in the state of Montana. The main office is located on South Reserve Street in Southern Missoula. KERR is the first of its kind to be a dual-channel operation airing local and national RKO Network programming on channels 17 and 25. It originally began airing on channel 18 analog between 1954 to 1970 as a semi-satellite station to KKCF. By 1996, KKCF was folded into KERR to make a dual channel operation. Channel 25's studios in Evergreen, MT serves as the Flathead Valley bureau for RKO 17/25's newscasts. Channels 17 and 25 double as FM radio frequencies at 91.3 FM which is assigned to Polson, MT but airs all throughout the Mission, West Valley, Missoula, and Bitterroot regions on 6 sub-carriers and at 93.7 FM which is assigned to Kalispell, MT but airs throughout the Glacier, Mineral and Flathead regions on 4 sub-carriers.
