KFRC (channel 19) is a television station licensed to Fresno, California, United States, serving as the CW network affiliate for Central California. It is owned by Flower Television and operated by Diamond Broadcast Holdings under a joint sales and shared services agreement (JSA/SSA).
On October 3, 2022, Nexstar Media Group acquired 75% ownership of The CW. Under the agreement, CBS was given the right to pull its affiliations from KFRC and its other CW stations. On May 5, 2023, CBS announced that it would exercise that right and KFRC would cease airing the network's programming that September, becoming an independent station. This decision was later cancelled as CBS entered an agreement with Flower regarding selling the station to them. Flower subsequently entered into an agreement with Diamond Broadcast Holdings to operate the station under a joint sales and shared services agreement. The sale and transaction was completed on May 17, 2023.
