KMNC is the ABN affiliate operating in the Minneapolis/St. Cloud/Wilmar viewing areas on channels 33 and 59. Channels 33 and 59 were two separate small TV stations operated by KOMN and KCOA. Channel 59 is translated via relay station KUC59-LP. KMNC was a former NBC affilliate on VHF channel 6. It was bought by Sabana American Broadcast Holdings in 1994. KMNC was affected by the U.S. Television Realignment of 1994 losing its NBC affiliation, however, it was not affected by the recent events transpiring in the U.S. Television Realignment of 2015.
