KZYN-TV is the YesNet affiliate that serves the Lubbock, TX area. It broadcasts on channel 1 and is owned by Berfield/Willis Broadcast Corporation. Beginning in 1967, it was formerly affiliated with the American Broadcast Network until the U.S. Television Realignment of 2015. The new ABN station is now on channel 4 owned by Open World Operators, Inc. under the call letters KOWO. Following the shut down of TACTN in early 2017, KZYN was sold to Berfield/Willis Broadcast Corporation and swapped affiliations to become an affiliate for the classic television network, YesNet.
