Mundovision is a 24-hour network targeting the 18-55 year demographic. As a fully-funded commercial-free Latino-oriented TV network, Mundovision is operated by American Broadcast Network as a part of the ABN Domestic Television Corporation . The company was launched after merging with the independent company siting a need for further expansion with its Latino-based audience in the United States. The network's flagship stations are KXEC Los Angeles (California), KXQE Los Santos (San Andreas), XLET Liberty City and WXEF Miami (Florida).

Mundovision is in competition for Spanish-speaking audiences against other networks like MundoFOX, Univision, Telemundo, and Azteca America. Mundovision sits third behind Telemundo and Univision as the main front runner.
