RKO Holdings, commonly known as RKO, is an American diversified multinational mass media corporation headquartered in Manhattan, New York and in the RKO Studios, Los Angeles, California. It is one the largest media conglomerates in the world in terms of revenue. RKO was founded on 1926, by David Sarnoff as the RKO Radio, Inc., and established itself as a leader in the American cinema industry. Taking on its current name in 1992, it expanded its existing operations and also started divisions focused upon theater, radio, music, publishing, and online media.

The company is best known for the products of its film studio, the RKO Pictures, one of the largest and best-known studios in Hollywood. RKO also owns and operates the RKO Network; cable television networks such as RKO News, RKO Sports, RKO Kids, RKO Movies and RKO Family; publishing, merchandising, and theatre divisions; and owns and licenses 9 theme parks around the world. It also has a successful music division. The company has been a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average since October 23, 1986. An well-known Dutch creation, Loeki de Leeuw, is the official mascot of RKO Holdings.
