WIN Television affiliation (1986-2015)[]
The station signed on as a WIN Television affiliate on December 1, 1986.
Becoming Independent (2015-present)[]
On January 1, 2015, as part of similar swaps nationwide, the station became an independent station. WIN programing moved to WAWAZ (channel 1), and WDDD launched a new second subchannel broadcasting The CW (which moved from WAWAZ).
