WQLT is an ABC affiliate serving Florence, Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and the Shoals area, licensed to Sheffield. Broadcasting on channel 21, WQLT was owned and operated by Evans Communications. On Dec. 30, 2016, Evans Communications sold the station to Tribune Broadcasting. On September 2019, Tribune sold it to Trinomerica, LLC before becoming defunct by its merger with Nexstar Media Group.
